  • This booking service is available for UC Merced students, faculty and staff.
  • The largest room available will hold a maximum of 50 people.
  • Events, including clean up, must be completed a minimum of one hour before closing. See the Library's hours.
  • Amplification devices are not allowed and event activities should not be audible outside the room.
  • The Library will respond to your request within 7 working days.
