The Audio Visual Room is available for course-related viewing of visual media. Faculty-selected DVDs are loaded to a 500-Disc DVD changer, and students view them in small groups after reserving the room. The AV room can accommodate 10 people. Faculty may supply materials from their personal collections or use materials owned by the Library. Materials from other sources may also be requested but may require additional time for processing. Requests may be submitted in person at the Service Desk on the second floor, by phone 209-228-4444, or using the online submission form. Students who reserve the AV room assume responsibility for the viewing group. Reservations can be made in person at the Service Desk on the second floor, or by using the online reservation form. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. In-person reservations require CAT card identification for the responsible party at the time of booking and to check out a room key on the viewing date.
