LAUC M-Divisional Meeting, June 10, 2004 

Present: Bruce Miller, Donald Barclay, Jim Dooley (Chair), Emily Lin (Secretary)

1) Divisional Election

With unanimous consent (4-0) the division approved the nominations for LAUC-M officers for 2004-2005: Jim Dooley, Chair, and Emily Lin, Secretary.

2) There was unanimous approval (4-0) of the proposed amendments to the LAUC Bylaws.

3) Election ballots for the systemwide offices were collected and results will be sent to the LAUC Secretary.

LAUC-M members met to vote on the bylaws as modified by the LAUC Executive Board. The LAUC-M bylaws with the additional editorial amendments were unanimously approved (4-0).
