Submit an Interlibrary Loan RequestIf you wish to renew ILL material, please submit your request two weeks before its due date. You can renew through the My ILL Request account. Interlibrary loan is a service which supports the academic research needs of our students, faculty and staff. Please note that interlibrary loan for required class texts is unavailable due to the sheer number of requests for a single item. Visit the Bobcat Bookstore to obtain required course materials. Use one of the following three methods to Request items that are not available at UC Merced. 1. Next Gen Melvyl

3. Have a citation? Fill out one of these UC-eLinks Citation Linker online forms to request materials.These forms are used to request materials both from within and outside the UC system.
Manual Request FormOnly use this form when the regular Request methods are not working. The Request methods listed above are the fastest and most reliable ways of obtaining materials. If you need additional assistance in using the regular Request methods, please contact a librarian. My ILL RequestView and manage your Interlibrary Loan requests online through My ILL Request. Campus Document DeliveryDocument delivery is a service provided to UC faculty, staff, and graduate students for materials owned by UC Merced. Document delivery requests that cannot be filled locally will be automatically forwarded to Interlibrary loan. If you choose, items requested will be delivered to your office through campus mail. Document delivery requests must be made through Next Gen Melvyl Pilot. Viewing ILL Materials in the Library Sometimes requested materials may only be viewed in the library suite.
